Opon - Terms of Service, EULA & Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
By downloading, accessing, or using the Opon mobile application or website (opon.gammer4live.com), provided
by Gammer4live, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), Terms of
Service, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
1. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abuse
Opon is built to foster open discussion around web links ("unsilence the web"). However, to maintain a safe
community, Opon enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, abusive, or
harmful content. You agree not to post, share, or transmit:
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation toward any individual or group.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content (NSFW).
- Malware, phishing links, direct file downloads, deceptive scams, or dangerous web domains.
- Content that violates intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights.
2. Community Moderation & User Controls
To protect our users, Opon provides built-in safety tools:
- Blocking Users: You may block any user at any time. Blocking a user immediately hides
their comments and voice notes from your view.
- Reporting Content: You may report any post, link, comment, or voice note that violates
this EULA.
- Automated & Admin Moderation: Reported content is subject to automated shadowbanning
and manual review. Opon reserves the right to unlist posts, remove comments, or permanently terminate
accounts of users who violate these terms.
3. Moderation Response Time
Opon acts on user reports promptly. Objectionable content or reported accounts will be reviewed and moderated
within 24 hours of submission.
4. User Ownership & Content License
You retain ownership of the comments, voice notes, and content you submit. By posting on Opon, you grant Opon
a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcribe, display, and distribute your content
within the app infrastructure.
5. Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

Opon has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are deeply
committed to protecting minors and maintaining a safe digital environment.
Enforcement and Prevention
- Immediate Removal: Any content, link, comment, or voice note found to depict, promote,
or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors will be removed immediately.
- Account Termination: Accounts associated with any attempt to upload, share, or
distribute CSAM will be permanently banned, and their identifiers logged to prevent re-registration.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and
relevant child protection organizations to report illegal content and safeguard minors.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content on Opon that violates these safety standards, you can report it instantly using
the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our designated compliance team directly via email at
gammer4live@gmail.com or via phone/WhatsApp/Telegram at +27 78 026 5059.
6. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Gammer4live collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you
use Opon.
6.1 Information We Collect
- Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and username.
Authentication credentials are securely processed and managed via Firebase Authentication.
- User Content: We store the public links (URLs) you submit, text comments, and recorded
voice notes/audio clips you upload to the platform.
- Technical & Network Data: Our reverse proxies and edge network (Caddy and Cloudflare)
collect standard network diagnostics, including IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps for
security and routing purposes.
6.2 How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Opon service.
- To authenticate user sign-ins and protect account security.
- To generate automated link previews (capturing standard Open Graph web metadata).
- To enforce platform safety, prevent spam/malware distribution, and process moderation reports.
6.3 Third-Party Services
We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate Opon:
- Firebase (Google): User authentication and realtime database messaging services.
- Cloudflare & Caddy: Edge distribution, SSL termination, DDoS protection, and IP-based
rate limiting.
6.4 Children's Privacy
Opon is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
7. Account and Data Deletion Policy
App: Opon

How to Request Account Deletion
Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their Opon account and associated data using either
of the following methods:
- In-App: Open the Opon app, navigate to Settings, and tap
Delete Account (requires typing "delete me" to confirm).
- Via Email or Message: Send a request to
gammer4live@gmail.com or via
WhatsApp/Telegram to +27 78 026 5059 from your registered account details with the subject

Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing an account deletion request, the following user-generated content and personal information
will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 days:
- Your user profile, username, and Firebase authentication credentials.
- All text comments you have submitted.
- All voice notes and audio comments you have recorded.
Data That May Be Retained (Retention Policy)
To maintain the integrity and safety of the Opon community, specific data fragments are retained after
account deletion:
- Public Posts (Links): Because Opon is a public town square, shared web links remain
part of the public feed, but will no longer be associated with your deleted profile.
- Moderation & Security Data: If an account was banned or restricted for Terms of Service
violations, the email address and security identifiers are retained indefinitely to prevent ban evasion
and re-registration.
- Infrastructure Logs: Routing and network logs containing IP addresses are retained for
up to 90 days for network security and DDoS mitigation before automatic purging.
